Creating is my passion, whether it’s on the backend writing code to bring a client's desire to life, or capturing moments on stage behind the lens, I thrive on creating with technology.

About Me

I started my love of coding through Neopets, the early 2000s browser game in which you adopt pets and explore a virtual world, including building “pet pages” for your pets. Learning HTML on my own as a preteen opened my eyes to the fulfillment of writing a few lines of code to bring my imagination to life.

Since 2019, I have been professionally working as a backend engineer (specializing in Python) to build software for clients, in addition to managing a team of likeminded individuals to create exciting projects together.

In addition to coding, I have a strong love for photography. I love being able to capture expressive moments in live shows that encapsulate the feelings and atmosphere created. With Chicago having such a strong music presence, I have met so many amazing people in my community.

My focus in photography is primarily music oriented, as I am a huge music enthusiast (if you ask me about an artist be prepared for a hour+ conversation), focusing on live events and photoshoots for musicians, but lately I have been trying out film photography and have been absolutely loving it.

In my free time, I really enjoy going to concerts and hanging out with my dog. I also love watching films, professional wrestling, and most importantly, King of the Hill.
